We inform our customers that the following Terms and Conditions of the service are applied to all those who have done a purchase with subsequent use of one or several our commercial products.
Download and Update
After purchasing one of our products, the client has access to a reserved area of the site where it is possible to download a purchased product with unlimited number of downloads. The access to the reserved area to download a purchased product, hereinafter referred to as the Period of Subscription or Subscription, and it has a time limit which can be expressed like day/s, month/s or year/s. The Period of Subscription is chosen by the client during the purchase of a product. At the end of the Period of Subscription of a definite purchased product, the access to the reserved area where it is possible to download a product will be suspended and it will be impossible to download this product. We emphasize that the client can continue to use a previously downloaded product forever. Periods of subscription are proposed only by our company and cannot be subjected to changes by the client, except the renovation of the Period of Subscription by the client. The date of commencement, remaining period, and expiry date of the Period of Subscription can be shown, signing in a personal account which was used for the purchase, and clicking a link to Information in the section Subscription Control.
Technical assistance can be effectuated only for the clients who have an active subscription for a product the assistance for which is requested. The customers, who don’t have a subscription for a product the assistance is requested or subscription it was expired, cannot count on our assistance. Making an enquiry about the assistance, the client should describe a problem clearly, specifying all the passages that caused the problem. The clients can ask the assistance by email completing the enquiry form, which you can find in Assistance menu.
